What suite types are available?
Our community offers a wide range of floor plans: Studios, 1-Bedrooms, 2-Bedrooms, and 3-Bedrooms. To see current availability, layouts, and pricing please visit the “suites” page. Suite inventory changes regularly – applying early is recommended to secure your preferred unit.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, both resident and visitor parking are available on-site. Resident parking spaces are available for rent.
Does Elm-Ledbury have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on-site?
Yes, Sloane has EV parking spaces that are available for residents. We have dedicated resident spots, and it is 'pay per use'.
Are Utilities Included in Rent?
No, utilities are billed separately and are additional.
Will I be required to bring my own credit report documents to apply for a rental suite at Elm-Ledbury?
No, you won’t need to bring your own credit report. As part of the application process, we conduct a soft credit check on your behalf. You’ll just need to provide standard documents like proof of employment or funding, and a government-issued ID.

Yes! High-Speed Gigabit Internet by Rogers is included in the rent at no additional cost for our residents.
Do you allow pets?
